Middle School Programs

BBYO Connect is the BBYO experience made just for 6-8 grade students offering social and meaningful experiences that help bridge the gap between immediate pre- and post- Bar/Bat Mitzvah and high school programs. The purpose is to provide middle school students with a positive experience in which they can get together with camp, school, and synagogue friends, as well as meet new friends. Focused on service, social, and Judaic programming, BBYO Connect builds a network of middle school students as they begin to strengthen their identities, form social circles and prepare for high school and beyond.

Kadima is for children in grades 6-8. It is part of United Synagogue Youth and holds all the same values of USY. Besides local events, Kadima offers an exciting regional convention in December each year.

MiTY Jr. gives youth the chance to expand their social network across Milwaukee. Once a month youth are invited from the 3 reformed synagogues in the area to participate in fun activities like Hide and Go Seek in a synagogue, movie nights and fun at Bounce houses. MiTY Jr. is affiliated with Congregation Emanu-El B'ne JeshurunCongregation Shalomand Congregation Sinai. For more information please contact one of the affiliated synagogues.
